Chocolate Strawberry Shake

You all know I'm a huge breakfast lover, but when it comes to eating at 7 a.m. before work, I don't have time (or the stomach) for all my favorites. I usually go for something really quick and simple. Some mornings, that's where this dessert-shake comes in.

You'll need:

ONE: 1 Cup of 1% Milk. (100 cals)
TWO: 1/2 Cup of Frozen Strawberries. (39 cals)
THREE: 1/4 Cup of Slim Fast Creamy Milk Chocolate Shake Mix. (110 cals)
FOUR: 1/3 Cup of Non-Fat Vanilla Yogurt. (69 cals)
FIVE: Blender (I use my Magic Bullet NutriBullet).

Add all those ingredients into your blender and mix it up until liquid. Coach and I always use our NutriBullet to blend anything because it never leaves any chunks or lumps. Plus, it does all that in about 10 seconds (really good when we're trying to get out the door fast).

It pretty much tastes like chocolate-covered strawberries in a shake. I don't know about you, but I don't mind a little sweet start to my mornings. Sometimes, I think I need it!

Anyone else have a little bit of a sweet tooth breakfast?
