Adoption has always been close to my heart, with so many family-friends of mine having been through the process of adding adopted children to their family. I pray that someday I will be called "Mom" by a child who doesn't share my DNA. There are so many children in need of loving parents and good homes. Look into it. Adoption is a beautiful thing. Blood may be thicker than water, but love is thicker than blood.
